Its important to note here that although we live predominately from our conscious mind, the real driver in life is our subconscious and unconscious mind. However when we begin to delve into the subconscious and unconscious minds when can begin to bring awareness here to see if our conscious choices are aligned with the subconscious and unconscious minds.

And if we find that that there is mis alignment, or resistance, we begin the inner inquiry as to why? This process can assist us to release any subconscious and unconscious beliefs, values, random inner dialog (stories we tell ourselves) previous memories of trauma, pain, experiences of the past that still play out limiting stories.
