How will it work?

Tom has developed a systematic process for optimizing just about any quality in life that you would want to optimize. It came out in the development of the processes for the Zone Golf program and is now also being used to optimize the qualities of top performers in corporations.

The system involves creating an "index" for each quality, like being in the Zone for sports, or having optimal focus and presence or optimal communication for business. He uses muscle testing to quantify where you are on the index scale of 0 to 100. Then he muscle tests to find how many barriers there are to being at 100%, and then finds them using the various models and tools of HSE. This provides a systematic way of optimizing any desired quality of life.

Tom will be using this method and others that may be needed to help you to be at 100% for all of the qualities above and probably additional ones that will come out over the course of this program.

It is important to realize that this program will not make you just like Tom. It will help you to be as good as Tom at doing Human Software Engineering but in a way that is uniquely you. This is the only way that it can happen because you can only be really good at this work by being the fullest expression of who you uniquely are.

Michael Stratford will lead the Core Dynamics Coach Training

The Atlanta training will once again be led by Michael Stratford, who is the co-creator with Tom Stone of the Core Dynamics Coach training.  Many of you have heard Michael speak on community calls in the Provocation Series and know his style to be playful, compassionate, thoughtful, and always oriented towards being of service to the transformation of people through the use of the Pure Awareness Techniques.  Since Michael has been a conventional coach for over 17 years, and has been been working with Tom for over 5 years, he is the perfect blend of the two frames of reference and has seen the insides of both worlds.  His coaching has led him to work with a range of clients from rock bands to executives at Cisco, GM, Ford, and other major companies.  He's also worked with issues from leadership to teamwork to PTSD.

Additionally, he has trained over 6,000 coaches and is a long standing Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.  He has written several books on coaching and has become masterful at the use of the Pure Awareness Techniques and Core Dynamics Insights as well as training coaches to develop the same kind of mastery. He is involved with the training of Great Life Technologies' Core Dynamics Coach Trainers and Presenters.

Jeannie Penland will co-lead the Core Dynamics Coach Training

Michael will be joined in leading the training once again by Jeannie Penland, who is masterful in her own right.  Jeannie co-led the Core Dynamics Coach Training with Michael in January.  She is a member of Great Life Technologies' trainer team, and also has extensive experience using the WaveMaker to address ADD/ADHD.
 
She has a psychology degree from Florida State University, and later spent 17 years in the financial field recruiting, coaching and training groups of financial representatives, as well as helping her personal clients.
 
Since Jeannie began taking courses with GLT she has completed the Wavemaker Mastery Course and the Trauma Resolution Training. She has taken the Core Dynamics Coach Training multiple times and has also co-led it, as well as having been trained as a member of our trainer team.

	Become a GLT Trainer! A New Fulfilling and Lucrative Career

I know that you love the Pure Awareness Techniques. If you are like most people who have come in contact with this work, it has probably transformed your life in ways that you didn't even know were possible. We are also preparing our marketing campaign to take the business versions of these seminars into the corporate market plus new programs for corporate such as the Rapid Productivity Upgrade Program, The Extraordinary Performance Program and a new special kind of leadership development program called Extraordinary Leadership.
 
This all translates into growing opportunities for and increasing demand for GLT trainers. Being a GLT Trainer is turning into a great career. We've just added a new feature of training participants in what is called Masterful Enrollment. This will make it possible for you to fill our seminars to overflowing. 	Become a GLT Trainer! - Vaporize the Fear of Public Speaking A New Fulfilling and Lucrative Career

If you feel drawn to be a GLT trainer but you are concerned that you have the fear of speaking in public, let me assure you that this is one of the first things we will debug in the program. Here's what Don Cramer shared about his experience of the training -

The TTT was a tremendous experience for me.  It was a real eye opener.  It allowed me to see that with some specific debugging, it would be possible to organize and live my life exactly how I had always hoped it could be.   The Training shines a rather bright light on those areas of life that can use some fine tuning, and then you are taught how to use the Pure Awareness techniques to clean them up.

Being with a group of other committed HSE's in the TTT environment was a great recipe for not allowing me to hide out.   As others in the group were having personal breakthroughs, it was much easier for me to "go for it" when confronting my own limiting beliefs.

We're offering the Core Dynamics Coach Training in Flowery Branch, Georgia (about an hour northeast of Atlanta). One of the two options offered includes a bonus Trauma Resolution Specialist Training (PTSD) at no charge that can be taken at a later date! (That's practically a two-fer!). This 4-day seminar is the foundation for using this work with others and is applicable to any of life's challenges whether they be personal or business.

Michael has been a conventional coach for over 17 years, has worked with Tom for over 5 years, and is the perfect blend of the two frames of reference as he has seen the insides of both worlds. He has worked with a range of clients from rock bands to executives at Cisco, GM, Ford, and other major companies, which have included issues from leadership to teamwork to PTSD. Additionally, he has trained over 6,000 coaches and is a long standing Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He has written several books on coaching and has become masterful at the use of the Pure Awareness Techniques and Core Dynamics Insights as well as training coaches to develop the same kind of mastery. He is involved with the training of GLT's Core Dynamics Coach Trainers and Presenters.
 
Michael will be joined by Jeannie Penland, who is masterful in her own right. Jeannie co-led the Core Dynamics Coach Training with Michael in January, is a member of GLT's trainer team, and has extensive experience using the WaveMaker to address ADD/ADHD. She has a psychology degree from Florida State University, and later spent 17 years in the financial field recruiting, coaching and training groups of financial representatives, as well as helping her personal clients. Since Jeannie began taking courses with GLT she has completed the Wavemaker Mastery Course and the Trauma Resolution Training. She has taken the Core Dynamics Coach Training multiple times and has also co-led it, as well as having been trained as a member of our trainer team.
