About the Class Recordings: To download, Right-Click the date you would like, then select "Save Target As...". The file you download is zipped (compressed). To unzip the file, Right-Click on it and select "Extract here" or "Unzip".
You will then have a folder with several files inside it. If you would like to listen to the class and also see the accompanying visuals, double-click the file that says "index". This will open in your web browser, and the class will play with audio and visual.
If you just want to listen to the audio, open the mp3 file that is called "Presentation".
For viewing Powerpoint slides independent of the presentation, you can find them as JPEG images within the folder called "img."
